I'm the least handy person in my household trailing my wife and my 5 year old daughter and even I was able to easily mount this. I 100% agree with some of the other comments that you'll want to get your own hardware but that was a small price to pay. This is a great bracket. It is sturdy quality and very well made with solid welds. The hardware that came with the kit, however, is JUNK. Expect to use your own quality hardware when installing this bracket. I used this bracket in a travel trailer and it is great. Package shipped quickly.
